ACNE and a CURE

Acne is a persistent disorder of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Some of the features of acne include black heads, pimples, cysts, infected abscesses, and rarely scarring. Acne usually occurs during adolescence in both men and women and tends to get worse for people with oily skin. Acne badly affects teenage boys but only mild to moderate forms of acne occur in middle-aged women. Acne is usually found on the face but other areas where it can occur include the neck, chest, back, shoulders, scalp, and the upper arms and legs. Most forms of acne are the result of heredity and hormonal problems and have little to do with a harmful diet or poor hygiene.
Acne usually starts in a similar way for all people. However it can take different forms and react in a particular way depending on the individual body conditions. A basic lesion called the comedo is the beginning of acne. The comedo is an enlarged hair follicle plugged with oil and bacteria which is found under the surface of your skin. When the conditions are right it grows into an inflamed lesion. When the skin produces more oil the bacteria will grow within the swollen follicle. The surrounding skin will become increasingly inflamed as the white blood cells fight against the bacteria.
There are two main types of acne which are non-inflammatory acne and inflammatory acne.
Both ‘closed comedo’ and ‘open comedo’ are forms of non-inflammatory acne. If the plugged follicle stays below the surface of the skin, the lesion is called a closed comedo. This will usually appear on the skin as small, whitish bumps. This condition is also known as whitehead. Open Comedo is what the lesion is called if the plug enlarges and pushes through the surface of the skin. The dark appearance of the plug is not due to dirt but due to the build-up of melanin, the pigmentation element of the skin. This condition is also called blackhead.
There are a number of different types of inflammatory acne. Papule appears on the skin as a small, firm pink bump. The papules are tender in nature and are usually considered an intermediary step between non-inflammatory and inflammatory lesions.
Pustules are small round lesions that are inflamed and contain visible pus, which appear red at the base with a yellowish or whitish centre. Pustules do not contain a large amount of bacteria and the inflammation is caused by chemical irritation from sebum components such as fatty free acids.
Cysts are large pus-filled lesions that are usually present deep within the skin. These cysts are painful lesions and form as a result of the contents of a comedo spilling over the surrounding skin. The cysts often leave deep scars.
Acne conglobata is a rare but serious form of inflammatory acne that develops mainly on the back, buttocks and the chest. As well as the presence of pustules and cysts, there may be severe bacterial infection.
The common symptoms of acne include persistent, recurrent red spots or swellings on the skin. These spots and swellings become inflamed and get filled with pus. They usually occur on the face, chest, shoulders, neck, or upper portion of the back. Other symptoms include dark spots with open pores at the centre, which are known as blackheads, large spots under the skin without openings, which are known as whiteheads and red swellings filled with pus, which are known as pustules. The pustules can develop from blackheads or whiteheads. Inflamed fluid-filled lumps under the skin known as cysts are also a symptom of acne.
What are natural remedies for acne? Most people will know the value of their face. The healthier it is, the more advantageous it will be for the person. In general, our confidence relies on our contentment in our physical appearance. When one thinks he or she looks good, the confidence is a lot higher.
For growing up, the growth of spots is a really major concern. For those who do not have problems involving the face, congratulations! For those who are crying over it, there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel!
Is acne your problem? Are you spending too much money for chemical remedies? Do you want to apply a remedy but you are afraid it may be harsh? The answer is to use the natural way of treating your acne. The treatment is right in your home. The doctor is right within you.
The most effective beauty tip of all times is to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Hydrating your body will help you get rid toxins. Love your body and love your skin.
Health and hygiene will also help. Make sure that you do not leave makeup products on your skin because it contributes to clogging your pores, causing more spots and blackheads. Do not sleep with make-up on. Also, keep your hair away from your face. Hair contains oil that may create breakouts to your skin.
Wash your pillow case and towels as they are absorbent and will absorb many acne-contributors. Lastly, never pick your spots. You do not want your face to be as dirty as your fingernails.
Make sure that you eat healthy food because when you have acne you need to cleanse yourself not only on the outside but also on the inside. It will also help if you lessen your oily or fatty food intake. Eating food rich in fibre is a remedy. Moreover, in order for you to maintain a healthy skin, eating food that is considered anti-oxidants will make a big difference. Food rich in Vitamins A, B and D as well as those rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus, chloride, magnesium, zinc, iron and sodium will do the job.
When you maintain a diet which is high in beta-carotene and zinc, it will also be of help not only as prevention but also in the healing process and anti-scarring of acne.
Beauty is skin deep but having beautiful skin will make you feel more beautiful for yourself.

Acne is something that none of us want to have to deal with but unfortunately, many of us do go through a period of time in our lives when acne is an issue. It also seems that this problem usually goes hand-in-hand with a difficult time in our lives as well, puberty. This time, whenever our hormones are in flux and things are changing on a rapid basis is the last time that we need to deal with something such as acne. The simple fact of the matter is, acne may be more of a matter of the things that we eat coupled with the fact that our body is changing. In order to overcome it, a few changes in the way that we eat may need to take place.
A lot of people feel that Acne is not really a disease or a result of the fact that we have more oils in our skin. There is a lot of thought that it actually comes about as a result of the toxins that we are constantly taking into our bodies through the things that we eat. Instead of being a disease in itself, it may actually be a warning sign that our body is giving us that we need to change some of the things that we are doing. One of the easiest ways for us to clear our skin, although it is going to take some work on your part is to cut out the junk that you have been eating and to go on and all raw food diet.
Eating raw food consistently is going to do several different things to your body. First of all, raw food has a cleansing effect and it is going to help to clean your internal organs of some of the sludge and toxins that have been built up as a result of eating poorly. Secondly, it is going to give your skin an overall glow once it begins to clear. Eating raw food is all way that you can cure your acne from the inside out and many people that have switched over to a raw food diet have seen results in a short period of time.
Of course, you need to keep in mind that the toxins that are in your body did not get their overnight. Whenever you go on a raw food diet to cure your acne, give it enough time to see it through until it works.

Did you know that your kitchen sink and pantry can hold the key to your toothache pain relief?
In fact everything you need can be found right under your own roof. No expensive over the counter pills and potions that leave you with nasty, drowsy side effects.
First of all the pain you’re experiencing is the nerve that’s been compromised. The lattice of minerals that form your teeth are a fortress of strength. They are the toughest bones in the body because they are designed to be exposed to the elements that you throw at them. They are subjected to wearing and grinding as well as acids that are secreted from the bacteria on your teeth.
Because your tooth has been eroded and is now compromised because of its weakness from tooth decay it exhibits as the pain you’re now experiencing.
Other reasons for a toothache could be due to:
Wearing down of the teeth through a condition called Bruxius, most don’t know they have this because they are usually asleep during the time this takes place. This is the grinding of teeth which gradually wears the teeth down over time, weakening the protective enamel layer.
Impacted wisdom teeth which is the inability of the wisdom teeth to either partially break through the surface of the gum or not at all. This pent up tension causes pain in the back of the jaw.
Temporomandibular Joint Disorder, this arises from the Temporomandibular Joint wearing down to the point that its movement causes friction resulting in pain. The Temporomandibular joint is responsible for the movement between the upper and the lower jaws. Wearing of this joint makes it difficult to speak, eat or yawn without inflicting pain. It is situated near the back of the jaw and it hinges between upper and lower jaws.
To feel this joint in action, insert your index finger into your ear canal then open and close your mouth. The movement you experience is your Temporomandibular joint.
Infection due to Gingivitis. Gingivitis which is the disease of the gums can turn into periodontal disease which eventually leads to tooth loss. Gingivitis can be painful and exhibits as swollen red, inflamed gums. This is due to food particles not being properly cleaned from the gum line. Left untreated can turn into abscess causing infection.
The most obvious scenario for tooth pain is cavity and this caused by erosion of the teeth or by blunt trauma caused by accident or by a chipped or cracked tooth.
You can treat your toothache naturally with ingredients you have around your home. No need to buy expensive over the counter medicines when you can easily grab a cucumber, a clove of garlic or even a tea bag from your cupboard.
Tea bag is a mild astringent with antibacterial properties it also offers relief directly to the site of pain.
Directions: Place a standard teabag into a cup of water, place in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove the teabag while still warm and place on the sore tooth. Bite down gently and hold in place for 20 minutes or until you get pain relief.
Substituting green tea instead of regular tea works equally as well.
This should pain relief within 20 to 30 minutes.

Panic Away - Safe Ways To Deal With Anxiety

Likelihood is, you’ve felt the dread of a returning anxiety bout and dreaded that you might not live through the ordeal. At this moment, it’s difficult to accept that you will not be injured, physically or mentally, by an onset of sheer panic, but Joe Barry explains the reality in his very enlightening eBook entitled “Panic Away”.
Constantly being in fear of a heart attack , or complete loss of control of your faculties, are a few of the frequent symptoms he demonstrates in his ebook.
He delves into the whole subject of panic and anxiety from the physical problems to the psychological ones. In plain terms, he covers the symptoms: shaking and trembling, dilated pupils, breathing problems and rapid heart beat, and then offers a calm, assured solution.
From the mental point of view, he covers the initial moment of panic, together with the utter dread that is so consuming, that some people become totally frozen, incapable of going out and getting on with their normal lives. The fear that something horrific is about to take place is a common fear for victims of panic and anxiety attack.
Much of anxiety is centred around the ‘fight or flight’ reaction that humans and animals go through when they are faced with peril or, more commonly today, ‘apparent’ danger. This feeling of terror is no longer doing what it intended: - that is, to get us ready to take the proper evasive course of action to escape harm or loss of life.
As someone who previously suffered from anxiety and panic attack, Joe grappled with his severe problems for years and has experienced all the dreadful physical effects. He’s tried the normal courses of treatment, too, but it’s only when he came up with his own technique that he was at last able to walk away from his panic and anxiety for once and for all.
By explaining the notion of anxiety and the panic that follows, he helps you to know how to counter it when it happens. He explains how you’ve taught yourself to respond in the past, and how this can be reversed quickly with his simple methods.
Step by step, he guides you through the stages of anxiety and how his ‘One Move’ technique stops it dead in its tracks. This stops the attack from getting worse, so that you don’t have to suffer the fear and dread that follows those first signs of an impending panic attack.
After teaching you his ‘One Move’ and explaining how it works, he discusses Generalized Anxiety Disorder (G.A.D.). Building a strong defense is essential to ward off any lingering anxiety fears, he says. He shows you how to do that in a simple, easy-to-follow way.
Joe also discusses other techniques to defend against anxiety and fortify your body against further panic attacks in the future.
Panic Away does more than provide you with a technique that you can use anywhere to stop your panic attacks, it also covers important nutritional information based on diet and the essential elements required to combat stress, which is often at the source of anxiety and panic.
He also discusses whether or not you need to add any medications to your treatment program. Although Panic Away is designed to eliminate the need for drug treatments, in some cases they may be necessary. He reviews the pros and cons of the common medications available, so that you can make your own informed decision as to whether to use them or not.
Panic Away is a comprehensive ebook of 60 pages that everything you need to know to cure your anxiety and panic attacks.
It’s heartening, to let sufferers know they can be cured, their confidence can be restored, and their lives returned to normal. With a little persistence in doing the exercises it’s easy. Simply put, after you beat one panic attack, you can do it over and over again.
Please don’t be fooled by the size of this ebook. Panic Away is packed with essential information you ought to know in order to overcome your panic and anxiety attacks. So I would certainly recommend you get your hands on this ebook and start to follow the technique that has worked for literally thousands of anxiety victims, just like you.
However, I must stress that it is not one of those hyped-up overnight solutions and you must not think you can simply read the book in one sitting and get instant results. Like all worthwhile exercises, you have to apply what you learn and if you have had anxiety for many years this may take a little longer, but I’m sure you will find it well worth the effort…..

Potential Treatment For Anxiety
Once the causes of the disorder are examined, people can often find relief and even a cure in some cases. The possible treatment for anxiety prescribed by a professional generally includes a combination of things. For example:
- • Medications. Medications such as Zoloft are very useful in the treatment for anxiety. These do not cure the condition, but they help remove some of the symptoms. In turn, a person suffering from anxiety is freed up to explore other avenues to prevent anxiety attacks from recurring.
- • Therapy. Psychological therapy is quite effective as a treatment for anxiety. In the case of outwardly caused anxiety, it is crucial. If the root issues are tackled and faced, a person can actually experience a “cure.” For those with chemical imbalances or genetic causes, therapy is still an effective treatment for anxiety. Through therapy, people can learn to recognize anxiety attacks as they are starting. They can also learn to develop the tools they need to regain control when they do happen.
- • Alternative therapies. Everything from herbal remedies to meditation have proven themselves in some cases as effective treatment for anxiety. A lot does depend on the person and the particular treatment in use.

Health Check for Impotency
It doesn’t matter how healthy you think you are, you can always have a problem that is lurking somewhere on the inside. Often, this problem will show different side effects that may not be associated with what is going on with the disease itself.
A good example of this is whenever a man is dealing with impotency, typically referred to as erectile dysfunction. It is often not a matter of you not being able to be man enough to do the act, it is often a matter of you being unable to do it because of another underlying condition.
Even though there are many different natural cures for impotency, one of the most important things for you to do is to discover what is actually going on inside of your body that is causing this problem to happen.
Since there are so many possibilities of what is really behind it, it is often necessary for you to get a complete checkup. This will also help rule out any of the more serious problems that may be causing your erectile dysfunction, such as diabetes, heart problems or perhaps inconsistencies in some of the prescription medication that you are taking.
Once you discover what the underlying cause is, you will be in a much better position to treat it effectively. For example, if you have diabetes, you can often bring this disease under control with some natural treatments, such as weight loss and exercise. The same is also true with other underlying causes that may exist, such as high blood pressure.
Many of the problems that exist which cause erectile dysfunction can be treated naturally and usually can be done so effectively. If you are treating the wrong problem, however, you may become frustrated because the problem may last without relief.
If you have an occasional bouts with erectile dysfunction, it is not typically anything to worry about. Most men occasionally are unable to maintain an erection long enough to have sexual intercourse. If, however, it tends to become a problem and you are finding that you are unable to maintain an erection on a consistent basis, you will want to begin to straighten up your life in a healthy way. Get plenty of rest, eat the right foods and exercise on a daily basis. Above all, avoid stressing out over the situation and it will be a temporary one.
As this is regarded by most men as a rather embarrassing problem and not one that is easy to talk about or indeed to seek help with, particualrly from a medical practitioner, the more Natural Remedies that can be carried ourt in the privacy and comfort of your own home are by far the most popular “treatments” for impotence.
We will try to seek out and review some of the advice manuals and ebooks on the subject, but meantime, you may find some help and advice at:

Drinking Water to Cure Bad Breath
June 2, 2009 by natural-remedies
Filed under Halitosis - Bad Breath
Have you ever suspected that you had bad breath? You would probably be surprised with the number of times we walk around with this problem and we don’t even realize it. The receptors in our nostrils that detect odors become desensitized to the own smell from our mouth and this is what makes it so difficult for us to detect it.
If you ever worry about halitosis and suspect that you may have it from time to time, you might want to consider doing this easy cure in order to make sure that it is as limited as possible.
One of the first things that you should do is to make sure that you keep good oral hygiene at all times. This would include brushing after every meal, flossing regularly and seeing the dentist to rule out any other problems. Something else that you may want to do is drink plenty of water every day. What is it about water that can help us whenever it comes to fighting halitosis? The answer might actually surprise you.
Whenever we wake up in the morning, most of us have to deal with bad breath and consider it to be somewhat of a natural occurrence. We may not really consider why we have bad breath in the morning but the reason why we are dealing with it is actually the underlying cause of why you should drink plenty of water.
During the night, our salivary glands slow down and our mouth dries out naturally. In this environment, bacteria can easily grow and it begins to feed on things inside of our mouths. It is the bacteria that is causing the bad breath and once we brush our teeth and rehydrate our mouths, the bad breath tends to go away.
Anytime that we have a dry mouth, regardless of why we have it, it can be a problem that causes halitosis as well. Drinking water regularly and making sure that we stay hydrated is one way that we can ensure that our mouths are always moist on the inside and that will keep the bad breath away.
Of course, it is still necessary for you to make sure that you are taking care of basic hygiene but by drinking water every day and staying hydrated, you can do a lot to ensure that you are not offending others with your breath.
There are a number of excellent manuals and eBooks available on the subject of Halitosis or Bad Breath and we will try to review one or two of them here.
